Howmet Aerospace is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Human Resource Intern to join our Cleveland, Ohio team.

In this role, you will support the organization's recruiting functions, particularly intern hiring, while also contributing to a range of general HR activities.

This internship offers hands‑on experience in recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and broader HR program coordination.

Responsibilities:

Talent & Recruitment Support


* Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and campus outreach


* Screen resumes and help coordinate interview scheduling


* Support candidate communications and maintain applicant tracking system updates


* Assist with recruitment event planning (career fairs, campus visits, networking events)


* Help track recruiting metrics and maintain reporting dashboards
