Supply Chain Manager

Basic Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.


* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.


* Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.


* Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software.


* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


* Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:


* A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is preferred.


* Manufacturing or Aerospace Industry Experience is

Work Environment:


* This role typically operates in an office environment but may require visits to manufacturing sites and supplier locations.


* Occasional travel may be required.

* Direct Reports: Supply Chain Coordinators, Master Scheduler, SIOP Manager, Production Control Manager, Outplant Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Production Planner(s), Buyer(s), Supply Chain Analyst(s)
