* Bachelor of Science degree in STEM


* 3 years of professional experience in a quality role in a manufacturing and/or production environment


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical engineering


* 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer


* Employee must be able to read and interpret drawings with Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)


* Knowledge of Aerospace forging, machining, & fastening processes preferred


* Experience and/or certification in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma and using statistical analysis tools.


* AS9100 Internal Auditor certification


* Employee must be able to read and interpret blueprints, industry standards, and customer specifications.


* Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and related computer skills


* Experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering under tight deadlines and resource constraints.
