Location: Ahwatukee Post Acute
Position: Full-time
Shifts Available:


* Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM


* Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do:


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


* Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating with the care team and families as needed.


* Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.


* Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

What We're Looking For:


* Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.


* Level On Fingerprint Clearance Card


* CPR/BLS Certification


* Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.


* Ability to work well in a team, supporting both residents and fellow healthcare professionals.
