Your Responsibilities:


* Provide direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals


* Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly


* Report any incidents or accidents during your shift


* Protect residents' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of health information


* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas


* Work within a 4-on, 2-off rotation schedule

Requirements:


* Valid California CNA license (required)


* Must pass pre-employment background check and physical


* Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members


* A caring and dependable attitude


* Must be able to work full-time on a 4-2 rotation schedule


* Available for AM, PM, or NOC shifts
