Sales Support Analyst

As a Sales Support Analyst within the Client Service Delivery team at JPMorganChase and InstaMed, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to meet revenue goals by ensuring a smooth client onboarding process.

You will balance client needs with firm policies, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and clear communication to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Job responsibilities


* Support Sales and Account Management teams in achieving annual revenue targets.


* Develop a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products, and processes.


* Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to complete enrollment materials.


* Review, submit, and initiate contracts for underwriting and implementation.


* Manage maintenance tasks for incoming account requests.


* Resolve customer escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.


* Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant activities.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities


* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.


* Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.


* Quick learner with the ability to articulate InstaMed's value proposition.


* Sound judgment in setting expectations and managing sensitive situations.


* Excellent organizational skills for managing daily tasks and follow-ups.


* Experience in a customer-facing role.

* Experience in healthcare technology.


* Proficiency with Salesforce.


* Bachelor's degree or higher.
