Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Solutions Lead to join our engineering organization dedicated to repairing and restoring defective products to optimal performance.

This expert-level role will be at the forefront of leveraging AI technologies to transform how we diagnose, analyze, and resolve product issues.

The position is critical to driving innovation within our repair operations, enabling smarter decision-making, predictive insights, and automated solutions that reduce downtime and improve overall efficiency.

As the AI Solutions Lead, you will play a strategic and technical leadership role, shaping the vision for AI adoption while ensuring practical execution.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable impact, design robust architectures, and oversee end-to-end implementation of AI-driven solutions.

* Lead AI Strategy and Implementation: Define and drive the roadmap for AI solutions within the engineering organization focused on product repair and restoration.


* Architect AI Solutions: Design and oversee the development of AI-driven systems that improve defect detection, diagnostics, and repair workflows.


* Hands-On Technical Leadership: Actively participate in coding, algorithm development, and integration of AI technologies into existing engineering processes.


* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, operations, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
