Senior Operations Business Partner Salary Range: $87,950 - $112,190

The Senior Operations Business Partner provides strategic and operational support to System Operations, Quality Control, Policy, and Engineering Support functions.

This role serves as a primary liaison to operations leadership, ensuring effective coordination, tracking, and execution of departmental initiatives, performance metrics, stakeholder commitments, and reporting obligations.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Senior Operations Business Partner independently identifies business needs, develops actionable solutions, and builds strong collaborative relationships across the organization — including executive leadership.

The position requires sound judgment, discretion, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.

This role contributes to enterprise-wide initiatives and supports continuous improvement efforts designed to enhance operational effectiveness and organizational alignment.
