What will you do:


* Lead the deployment and implementation of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites and methodologies


* Conduct manufacturing research and development to enhance production efficiency and quality standards


* Develop and implement standardized manufacturing procedures while evaluating and optimizing production costs


* Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and ensure timely delivery


* Spearhead technical feasibility testing and production process improvements
