As a Product Manager Vice President in the Chief Administrative Office, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.
As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.
Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.
With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
* Implement the firm's product operating framework within your squad-translate evolving guidance into working agreements, decision cadences, and lightweight artifacts (e.g., RACIs, playbooks); influence without formal authority to ensure consistent application and iterate based on outcomes
* Translate business objectives into platform capabilities and non-functional requirements; ensure designs align with firm risk, controls, security, and resiliency guardrails, and make trade-offs explicit to reduce time-to-market and simplify dependencies
* Discover and synthesize stakeholder needs-document requirements and pain points; design automation-first workflows and system integrations that scale; validate through pilots and feedback and refine accordingly
* Manage cross-team dependencies with Engineering, Lines of Business, and Operations-align roadmaps and requirements, coordinate handoffs and release readiness, escalate blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
* Produce clear documentation (requirements, process maps, runbooks) and coordinate with Operations Communications/Training to align content with release timelines and update materials post-launch
* Frame requirements and technical discussions to shape product design that reduces time-to-market, simplifies internal/external dependencies, and enables global scale
