Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact, and strategically critical data & analytics projects across global environments.

This role requires an exceptional communicator and structured leader who thrives in complex environments, navigates political dynamics with maturity, and ensures disciplined delivery of critical data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership of High-Complexity Data Projects


* Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex data and analytics projects with enterprise-wide impact.


* Manage projects involving multiple business units, technical domains, vendors, and offshore teams.


* Oversee high interdependencies across systems, platforms (cloud/on-prem), and transformation streams.


* Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and measurable business value realization.


* Lead and coordinate structured requirements gathering processes, working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technical architects to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives.


* Translate complex business demands into structured project scopes, ensuring traceability from business need to delivery.
