We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to support our Payments Transformation, partnering with Product and Technology team members to deliver the strategic global payments roadmap.
Working with our global Graphite technology component teams, partner applications, and testing teams, you'll help to drive the projects forward, ensuring the clarity of the schedule and scope, managing risks and issues, and communicating status to all stakeholders
Job responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
* Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, end to end testing and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation
* Maintain and monitor list of key project-level dependencies including across application groups and proactively tracking the same
* Demonstrate proficiency in leading & managing quarterly execution planning is required
* Facilitate key project level meetings and meet the relevant information demands for those.
Ensure decisions are made within governance and identified governance meetings have clear agenda, quorum members, status reports, and minutes published.
Drive project adherence to the agreed project lifecycle.
* Ensure the project adheres to project risk and issue standards and maintain the project risk and issue log (driving remediation/ resolution activities through to closure).
