NHC Dickson is looking for the exceptional therapist who knows how to lead and inspire a rehab team in providing the most efficient and highest quality evidence based practice techniques in today's ever changing health care system.

Requirements:


* Must be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist


* Must be flexible, reliable and an enthusiastic leader


* Prior supervisory and SNF experience a plus!

Director of Rehab duties include:


* Efficiently coordinating rehab services in providing patient care under Medicare, Managed Care, traditional and all other forms of reimbursement requirements.


* Insure outcome goals are met for each patient in an organized and cost-effective manner.


* Facilitate efficient communication between rehab and other team members within the facility.


* Assist the administrator with marketing and other facility needs.


* Serve as a role model for the NHC promises.
