What You'll Do


* Perform wound care and skin assessments per physician orders and facility protocols


* Document treatments and monitor healing progress


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes


* Educate staff on wound prevention and skin integrity best practices


* Participate in care planning and resident care conferences

What We're Looking For


* Active California LVN license (required)


* Prior wound care or treatment nurse experience preferred


* Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills


* Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
