IDEA Scholar - Nemours Temp -1000058306-NCH-IDEA-OM-Inclusion, Development, Experience, and Alignmen

Nemours Children's Health is seeking full-time scholars for the IDEA Scholars Program.

This is a 12-month, full-time position running from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.IDEA Scholars will engage in hybrid and in-person opportunities to collaborate with operational leaders on projects that advance whole child health while promoting inclusion and belonging across the Nemours Children's enterprise.

This program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working on meaningful projects that make a real impact.

As a full-time, temporary associate at Nemours Children's, you'll receive personalized mentorship, access to networking opportunities, and professional development support from leading healthcare experts.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree completed within the past 12 months of the application date or expected completion by June 2026.

Essential Functions:

Contribute to meaningful projects and develop documentation that supports strategic goals.

Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to your mentor to ensure progress and alignment with objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to support initiatives and improve processes.

Assist with implementing operational improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall service quality.

Coordinate planning activities, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining performance metrics.

Participate in meetings and training sessions to build knowledge and contribute to team success.

Ability to travel to Nemours sites in North/ Central Florida and Delaware Valley.

Candidates must be within the North/Central Florida and Delaware Valley area.

Additional responsibilities assigned by leadership to support evolving organizational goals (end of year capstone project, presentations, facilitation, etc.).

Requirements:



* Bachelor's degree completed within the past 12 months of the application date or expected completion by May 2026.


* Organized and detail oriented.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to build and foster professional relationships
