Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As an LVN at City View, you provide the critical clinical care our residents need to thrive.



* Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.


* Critical Thinking: Make independent decisions and apply sound clinical judgment in resident care situations.


* Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our nursing leadership, CNAs, and rehab team to ensure the best patient outcomes.


* Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate resident progress effectively.


* Resident Advocacy: Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their families.

Qualifications:



* Licensure: Must possess a valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.


* Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in English.
