The Opportunity:



* Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 Bonus (Paid out at 3, 6, and 12 months for Full-Time employees).


* Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00+ per hour (Based on experience).


* Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days On / 2 Days Off (Consistent and predictable!).


* Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available.


* Location: Salinas Valley Post Acute

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you will provide essential daily care that ensures our residents live with dignity and comfort.



* Personal Care: Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


* Clinical Support: Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.


* Nutrition: Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.


* Communication: Promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership.


* Environment: Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas while following all infection control protocols.

Qualifications:



* Certification: Active California CNA certification (Required).


* Attitude: Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused.


* Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


* Requirements: Must pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
