As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Card division of Consumer & Community Banking, you are an integral part of a team that works to develop high-quality architecture solutions for various software applications and platform products.

Job Responsibilities:


* Collaborate with the product team within the Lifestyle space to enhance customer Dining experiences through Chase channels and the Infatuation


* Develop new system designs, ensuring necessary approvals and collaborating with engineering towards delivery


* Engage with marketing platforms and understand customer engagement through automated orchestration


* Act as an ambassador for the product, demonstrating enthusiasm for technology


* Manage stakeholder relationships to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions


* Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications


* Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance solution architecture and meet business needs


* Ensure solutions adhere to security standards and compliance requirements, implementing best practices for data protection


* Engage technical teams and business stakeholders to discuss and propose technical approaches to meet current and future needs


* Define the technical target state of their product and drive achievement of the strategy, and execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems


* Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
