Food Service Aide - ELBS

Overview:

We support children and adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral health challenges by providing education, resources, and compassionate care.

As a Food Service Aide, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our students and staff.

We are looking to fill a part - time Food Aide, M-F from 7:30-2:30.

What You’ll Have:


* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)


* Valid driver’s license (required)


* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs with assistance


* Comfort working in a school setting with light to medium physical demands


* Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

A Typical Day May Include:


* Driving to sponsor sites to pick up and deliver meals


* Assisting with food prep and serving meals to students and staff


* Cleaning dishes, utensils, and dining areas


* Stocking supplies and maintaining inventory


* Following health and safety guidelines from the PA Department of Health


* Supporting students with physical or behavioral needs as required
