DGM - Innovation Hub

The Innovation Hub Manager is a highly visible role responsible for orchestrating successful customer and partner engagements both in-person and virtually.

This role requires knowledge of our solution offerings and client base, a keen business sense, and excellent presentation skills along with strong program management skills.

You will be collaborating with sales & account teams and cross-functional leaders to craft and deliver outcome-based executive customer/partner engagements that will inspire, engage, and educate enterprise executives and decision-makers to drive business objectives, while providing oversight of the innovation hub and program

This role offers a dynamic blend of strategic collaboration, and impactful customer engagement within an innovative environment.The Hub being a key customer touchpoint, the Innovation team is responsible for the overall experience of the Hub with the customer journey in mind and ensuring smooth operations of the Hub.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Responsible for the end-to-end customer experience at Innovation Hub, from processing visit requests to orchestrating the company story and pitching solution value propositions, ensuring excellence in the customer experience to foster business growth.

Customize pitch delivery & handle interactions with high-profile & C-Level audiences.

• Commercial Impact on business : Consistently collaborate with local teams and business units to ensure visitor follow-up and experience continuity after their visit to the Innovation Hub; track the commercial impact made by Innovation Hub visits in terms of influenced businesses, new opportunities, etc

• Demonstrated Innovation : Lead on the continuous improvement of the content and technology of Innovation Hub experience, working with site facilities, technical leads, marketing, business, and global functions.

• Stakeholder Management: Develop a community of ambassadors, working closely with segment managers and country marketing managers to ensure the relevance of the offerings highlighted in the Hubs.

Collaborate with multiple Bus, especially with various sales functions to ensure Hub is utilized optimally

• Assist with Innovation Hub marketing such as maintenance of Innovation Hub websites and developing marketing collateral and communications materials.
