Senior Manufacturing Production Professional
Join our dynamic Manufacturing Production team and drive excellence in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities! We are seeking a Senior Professional to lead critical production processes, strengthen operational technology (OT) cybersecurity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
What will you do:


* Lead specialized areas of manufacturing processes including process design, ergonomics, capacity planning, and performance optimization


* Drive OT Cybersecurity initiatives to protect manufacturing infrastructure and enhance plant cyber resilience


* Manage production activities to meet quality standards, schedules, and cost targets while minimizing waste


* Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across production operations


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation


* Apply strong knowledge of metal-mechanical transformation processes such as punching, cutting, welding, painting, and related fabrication activities


* Utilize project management methodologies to plan, coordinate, and execute complex manufacturing and cybersecurity initiatives

What will make you successful:


* Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing production processes and plant operations


* More than 3 years of experience in metal-mechanical transformation processes (punching, cutting, welding, painting, etc.)


* Strong background in OT Cybersecurity and industrial infrastructure protection


* Proven experience implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence


* Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows and production optimization


* Project management experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives


* Advanced English proficiency for professional communication


* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields


* Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
