Business Systems Analyst - Finance & Supply Chain

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400 - $129,600 USD per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Your Mission

As a Business Systems Analyst in Finance & Supply Chain on our Testing Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product releases.

Your work will focus on turning the user stories created by our Scrum Teams into clear, complete and automation-ready test scenarios that the team can execute with confidence.
In this position, you will not work directly with business stakeholders.

Instead, you will collaborate every day with the teams who design and build the product, including Delivery Scrum Teams, Functional Analysts and Test Automation Engineers.

Together, you will support end-to-end, regression and manual testing whenever automation is not yet possible.
The Scrum Teams capture the business intent, and you translate that intent into executable test scenarios and scripts.

Through this work, you bring clarity, structure and consistency to the full testing process.

What you'll be doing

User Story to Test Script Transformation


* Collaborate with Scrum Teams to gain a clear understanding of implemented user stories and their acceptance criteria.


* Translate user stories into well-structured test scenarios and automation-ready test scripts.


* Ensure strong alignment between user story intent, acceptance criteria, and full test coverage.


* Request clarification from Scrum Teams whenever functional behavior requires further detail.

Manual Testing for Non-Automated Scenarios


* Execute and maintain manual test cases for scenarios that are not yet automated.


* Perform manual testing for scenarios that cannot be automated due to technical or business constraints.
