For this U.S.

based position, the expected base salary is $97,739 - $178,000 per year.

Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job- related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

seeks a Project Manager - Industrialization in Foxboro, MA.

Job Description: Lead industrialization and supply chain development activities on a cross functional team.

Act as project manager for industrialization and supply chain activities to ensure timely and effective execution of schedule, budget, quality, and supply chain implementation.

Forecast and track project capital cost, project labor and project cost necessary to industrialize new products, utilizing the expertise of the industrialization team.

Coordinate overall product cost deliverable for understanding of project business case impacts for new product introduction.

Lead the development and implementation of industrial processes for new products that conform to safety standards and lean principles.

Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure best available processes, and supply chain flows, are utilized for the given product and market specifications.

Perform make vs buy decisions on components and sub-assemblies.

Ensure product and manufacturing records are structured to support effective control of the information.

Utilize continuous improvement methodology to improve internal industrial processes.

Maintain a strong partnership with Industrial Quality to maximize the product and process quality, and with Project Quality to ensure conformance to the OCP while maximizing productivity of project resources.

Understand and develop Industrialization project schedule, including critical path impacts of industrial activities and processes.
