🧑‍⚕️ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Job Description

As a CNA at Willow Springs, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to 10-15 residents per shift.

Your duties will include:


* Assisting with daily hygiene, meals, and toileting


* Supporting residents with mobility and comfort


* Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health


* Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure optimal care

Qualifications:


* Completion of a 75-hour CNA course or state certification


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented


* Availability to work some weekends
