* Make general maintenance repairs at assigned facilities.


* Mentor, train, and support property maintenance personnel.

Requirements:


* Demonstrates C.A.R.E.

values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.


* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* One-year experience in institutional maintenance department.


* Supervisory or management experience required.
