What You'll Do

As the Medical Records Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and integrity of resident medical records, including:


* Overseeing the organization, maintenance, and confidentiality of all medical records


* Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations related to medical records


* Managing chart audits, record completion, and documentation accuracy


* Supporting survey readiness and responding to record-related requests


* Collaborating with clinical leadership, nursing, and administrative teams


* Maintaining systems for timely record retrieval, storage, and release of information

What We're Looking For


* Prior experience as a Medical Records Director or in medical records/health information management (required)


* Strong knowledge of medical records regulations, privacy standards, and compliance requirements


* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
