Pay & Incentives


* Base Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour


* Part Time


* Shift Differentials:
+ + $1.15 PM Shift
+ + $1.50 NOC Shift
+ + $2.00 Weekend Incentive


* Additional Bonuses:
+ Perfect Attendance Bonus
+ Double Shift Bonus

CNA Job Duties

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care


* Take and record vital signs accurately


* Document care provided in a timely and professional manner


* Support and follow care plans established by the nursing team


* Respond promptly to resident needs and requests


* Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care

Required Qualifications


* Current CNA certification in the state of California


* A caring, patient-focused attitude and strong work ethic


* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
