What You'll Do

As a Part-Time RN at Del Rosa Villa, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality care for our residents by:


* Providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical standards


* Assessing resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes in status


* Administering medications and treatments as ordered


* Collaborating with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members


* Supervising and supporting LVNs/LPNs and CNAs to ensure excellent care delivery


* Maintaining accurate, timely documentation

What We're Looking For


* Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (but not required)


* Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills


* A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to compassionate care


* Flexibility to work part-time shifts as scheduled

Compensation


* Hourly Rate: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
(Compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
