You will demonstrate strategic vision, technical mastery, and executive-level influence, collaborating across product, engineering, operations, and business teams.

You will set the architectural direction for mission-critical systems, drive adoption of emerging technologies, and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities


* Design and oversee the implementation of robust, high-performance SRE and Automation products for HR platforms, ensuring alignment with JPMorganChase 's enterprise architecture standards


* Envision and create a transformation roadmap to leverage agents in automating existing operational activities (ITSM and Ops) with HR Technology.


* Drive observability patterns for large 3rd party platforms/services HR Technology uses extensively.


* Define and deliver the target-state architecture and roadmap for site reliability and platform resilience spanning Gaia, AWS, and legacy systems


* Architect and optimize core HR system processes, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, talent management, workforce analytics, and identity management


* Ensure our partners' ability to not only test in QA, UAT, and Performance environments but also enable the ability to condition data in those environments


* Establish and enforce architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines across multiple teams and projects, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance


* Lead SRE practices including observability, incident management, capacity planning, and chaos engineering to ensure system reliability and availability
