What are we looking for?
Graduate Engineer - CMT & Geotechnical is responsible for performing a variety of testing, project specific observations and site assessment duties under direct supervision and/or from detailed controlled procedures.

What you'll do:
* Performing observations and testing of construction materials such as soils, concrete, masonry, reinforcing steel placement, fireproofing and asphalt.
* Operates testing equipment and conducts testing (example: Soil, concrete or other), and provides assessment of data through reporting
* Performing field and laboratory testing of soil samples and concrete specimens.
* Prepare and review Engineering reports, project plans and specifications prepared by others
* Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments; may assign work to others
* Prepare proposals to provide professional services and review recommendations with Principal Consultant
* Attend client site meetings, maintain and leverage client relationships and develop new project opportunities
* Trains technicians and field staff
* Must be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
* Clean / maintain equipment and perform site clean up
* Interface with contractors and clients.
