About the role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-volume hiring initiatives and participation in strategic Talent Acquisition projects.
Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR teams, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and selecting talent aligned with Alcoa’s values.
This role requires a global mindset, strong analytical capability, and a continuous focus on diversity, efficiency, quality, and scalable recruitment solutions.
Other key responsibilities include:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including conducting intake meetings with hiring managers and candidate interviews (behavioral and technical), in English when required, as well as offer negotiation and offer management;
* Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop clear, compelling job postings aligned with required competencies;
* Manage multiple recruitment modalities, including entry-level programs (internship, trainee, apprenticeship) and global roles;
* Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by ensuring diverse candidate slates and inclusive hiring practices;
* Execute strategic sourcing and market mapping for critical and specialized positions;
* Maintain accurate data in the ATS and develop reports and dashboards in Excel to support data-driven decisions;
* Contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and TA CoE projects, supporting continuous improvement and global standardization.
What you can bring to the role:
* Bachelor’s degree;
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting for multiple seniority levels, preferably in fast-paced environments with global exposure;
* Advanced to fluent English, with the ability to conduct interviews and interact with global stakeholders;
* Experience with digital recruitment tools, including ATS systems (Workday preferred) and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
* Strong Excel and data analysis skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, and insight generation;
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with a high level of organization, autonomy, prioritization, and collaboration.
