Senior Digital Product Owner

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of digital products by translating customer and business needs into valuable, scalable solutions.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, optimize end-to-end user experiences, and ensure effective delivery throughout the product lifecycle.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

We are seeking a product owner who is curious, data-driven, and passionate about solving complex problems.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, advocates for the customer, and collaborates effectively across technical and non-technical teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities



* Own and continuously improve the digital customer experience across one or more products or platforms.


* Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to define product vision, goals, requirements, and use cases.


* Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.


* Develop, prioritize, and maintain a product roadmap and backlog aligned with strategic and customer-centric outcomes.


* Lead day-to-day product delivery, coordinating across engineering, design, analytics, and business teams.


* Identify opportunities to optimize user flows, features, and capabilities through experimentation and iterative improvement.


* Define success metrics and KPIs; measure, analyze, and communicate the impact of product changes to inform prioritization.


* Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, proactively removing roadblocks to ensure successful and timely delivery.


* Partner with technical teams to ensure backend capabilities align with front-end experiences and overall product goals.


* Conduct and leverage customer research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.


* Stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve product strategy.


* Advocate for the customer while balancing business value, technical feasibility, and operational constraints.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


* 5+ years of experience working on digital products, with demonstrated ownership of product backlogs and delivery.


* Proven ability to deliver high-quality, customer-focused digital experiences across web, mobile, or platform products.


* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.


* Experience using data and insights (quantitative and qualitative) to inform product vision and decision-making.
