FP&A Sr. Manager

The Sr.

Manager-FP&A is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and strategic insight for the Property Estimating Solutions (PES) business unit.

This hands-on, highly analytical, and cross-functional role blends advanced FP&A expertise with strong commercial acumen and partnership across Product, Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance.

The ideal candidate excels in driver-based modeling, builds scalable financial processes, and navigates a global matrix to elevate financial performance and decision quality.

Strategic FP&A Leadership


* Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly performance analysis, and long-range planning for the Claims Business.


* Build and maintain scalable driver-based models that forecast revenue, margins, cost drivers, and product-level performance.


* Deliver clear and concise variance analysis with actionable commentary for senior leadership.

Business Partnering


* Serve as strategic finance partner to Product, Sales, and Operations on pricing, profitability, pipeline, and customer economics.


* Work closely with global teams in a matrixed environment to align financial insights with business outcomes.


* Support BU strategy, pricing evolution, and product expansion through financial modeling and scenario planning

Reporting & Performance Management


* Maintain a single source of truth for PES financial reporting and KPIs.


* Provide monthly P&L reporting and product-level insights, highlighting key trends and opportunities.

Team Leadership


* Manage and mentor a Financial Analyst, elevating modeling quality and business support.


* Promote a culture of financial rigor, proactive analysis, and accountability.



* 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.


* Expert-level modeling and analytics capabilities.


* Demonstrated success implementing FP&A best practices in high-growth or transforming environments.


* Proven business partnering experience with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.


* Experience in SaaS, analytics, or data-driven businesses preferred.


* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


* Experience with planning systems (Oracle/Hyperion) desirable.


* MBA, CPA, CFA preferred.
