Instructional Designer

This role is open to experienced designers as well as early-career professionals who demonstrate strong aptitude, curiosity, and ownership.

You will help translate real performance problems into practical learning solutions that support our customers and internal stakeholders.

You will work Independently and collaboratively in agile sprint cycles where priorities may shift based on business needs.

This role requires steady professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and a positive, resilient mindset.

What You'll Do


* Participate in performance gap analysis and help identify root causes.


* Design and develop digital learning solutions using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Rise.


* Write and refine scripts for video and interactive content.


* Use AI tools to support content review, iteration, and voiceover generation.


* Collaborate with UX and product partners where learning and user experience intersect.


* Support project evaluation and apply lessons learned to future work.


* Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows.


* Manage your work with moderate oversight and clear accountability for deliverables.

What We're Looking For:

Skills and Aptitude


* Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.


* Experience with Camtasia and Articulate tools preferred.


* Clear, concise communication across written and verbal channels.


* Organized and able to manage deadlines without constant supervision.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


* Experience in instructional design, performance improvement, education, or related field preferred.


* Entry-level candidates with strong portfolios or demonstrated aptitude encouraged to apply.
