Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager II (Program Manager) to lead compliance-focused execution of our on-site hazardous waste program at a large customer facility in Martinez, CA .

This role serves as the primary on-site liaison for regulatory compliance and program performance—ensuring inspections, documentation, contractor requirements, and waste management practices meet customer expectations and environmental regulations.

You'll partner closely with the customer and contractor leadership (including HPC) to coordinate resources, maintain compliance, and drive safe, efficient operations.
