VIE – HR Academy Program Leader - Barcelona
About the Role
Join our Global HR & People Strategy team, where we shape the people strategy for more than 150,000 employees worldwide and support the Learning & Talent development needs of our 2,000+ HR professionals.
We are looking for a motivated and curious VIE to support the development and animation of our HR Academy-a global learning platform dedicated to strengthening HR capabilities across the organization.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the HR Academy Leader and collaborate with Talent Management & HR Strategy teams.
You will be part of a dynamic and international environment based in Barcelona, surrounded by a vibrant community of young professionals.
Your Main Responsibilities1.
Support the daily operations of the HR Academy
* Coordinate, manage, and animate activities related to the run of the HR Academy.
* Help organize sessions, maintain calendars, update content, and manage logistics.
2.
Research & Analyze HR Trends
* Analyze community engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Research and benchmark HR trends, L&D innovations, and new capabilities to enhance the HR learning experience.
3.
Lead Communications for HR Learning & Development
* Drive internal and external communication efforts for HR L&D initiatives.
* Prepare communication materials, newsletters, campaign content, and community updates.
4.
Manage Digital Tools & Reporting
* Maintain SharePoint sites, dashboards, and performance reports.
* Ensure content accuracy and user-friendly navigation across digital tools.
5.
Collaborate on Global HR Projects
* Work closely with HR Strategy and Talent Management Leads on shared initiatives and deliverables.
* Contribute to the global development of HR capabilities and strategic projects.
Education
* Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
* First professional experience through internships or apprenticeships, ideally in:
+ Human Resources
+ Learning & Development
+ Communications
Digital Skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
* Understanding of video editing tools is a plus.
Languages
* Fluent English is required.
* Any additional language is an asset.
Personal Skills
* Curious, digitally savvy, agile, and adaptable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
