Job Title: Expert Infrastructure Services Engineer

Experience: 8 to 11 Years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

What will you do?

He/She is responsible for driving successful projects around SAP HANA The role also demands expertise in the niche technology area of SAP Basis, SAP BTP , SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, SAP Data Services, SAP SMART Finance Elements and Cloud technologies (Azure & AWS).

Key Experience: - Total 8 to 11 years of SAP BASIS, SAP HANA and S/4 HANA experience including 4 years in BTP and Data sphere Administration is an added advantage.

Deep experience with SAP HANA architecture and technical concepts.

- Knowledge of S/4HANA, Suite on HANA and HANA database as a foundation including the usages/implementation of Fiori Apps and HANA Live.

Mastery of the HANA knowledge including High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup/Recovery, Security related to HANA platform.

SAP RISE/GROW :- Applicants should possess hands-on experience with SAP RISE and SAP GROW platforms to be considered for this role.

Organize Day-to-day operation (Administration/Monitoring tasks) of the S/4HANA, SAP HANA and ECC environments.

- Ensure Security on SAP S/4 HANA.

Technical Skills: - Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and system integration.

- Hands on experience of implementation and conversion for S/4HANA solutions.

Deep knowledge of SAP Basis: Technical Planning, Installations and Configurations (SAP S/4 HANA...), Upgrades, OS/ DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, SSO configuration, install SSL certificates, Familiar with BRTOOLS for Space management and SLT Installation & Configuration.

Applying Support Package, Kernel patch upgrade, TMS configuration and Transport administration, General administration, Maintaining of Operation Modes and Profile Parameters, Background Job Management and customer raised tickets using BPC tool and ISM tool.

Experience in User Management.

- Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery.

- Hardware, operating systems and networking connectivity required for the SAP environment.

- Elaboration of SAP release plan.

- Transport strategy.

- Experience in Refreshes tasks, Client copies (local client copy, client export, client import).

SAP testing automation tools and strategies.

- Monitoring: systems Logs, Work processes overview, Lock entries, Updates, background jobs, system health check...

- Incident Management: Troubleshooting the issues from OS level like work process monitoring, checking logs, checking OSS notes, provide Performance analysis and suggest solution to write the Root Cause Analysis.

- Performance optimization and tuning:

BTP experience & skills: At least the last 4 years involved in the administration and operations of SAP BTP platforms.
