What will you do:


* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies


* Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for interns and recent graduates roles


* Drive campus recruitment initiatives and manage volume hiring campaigns


* Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding


* Guide hiring managers through selection processes while ensuring best practices in recruitment

* Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition


* Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and hiring practices
