Position Title: Senior Manager - R&D (Panel Testing)

Education: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical)

Experience: 2-5 years

Work Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

New Product Design & Development in Switchboard Basic group

Offer creation, Product variance, improvement based on market feedback

Type testing/Certification for Switchboard and Switchgear/control gear products

Technical support to Marketing and Manufacturing

Application of Lean Six Sigma techniques
