Key Responsibilities:


* Strategic Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including our internal Applicant Tracking System and external job boards, to identify both active and passive candidates who are a perfect fit for our team.


* Thorough Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed screenings to ensure candidates meet the specific qualifications required for open positions.


* Efficient Applicant Tracking: Manage the applicant tracking flow, maintain accurate records, and enhance the candidate experience in alignment with our company policies.


* Focused Recruitment Processes: Lead recruitment efforts specifically for freight forwarding roles, ensuring we attract top-tier talent in this specialized field.


* Logistics Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in the logistics industry to source candidates effectively and efficiently, in line with job descriptions.


* Proactive and Organized: Demonstrate self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and diligent follow-up to provide regular updates and feedback.


* Innovative Sourcing: Employ creativity in your sourcing strategies, maintaining a continuous pipeline of candidates to meet our evolving needs.

Skills & Requirements:


* Educational Background: Professionals or students in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.


* Experience: At least 2 years in recruitment, selection, and profile review processes, with a minimum of 1 year in logistics recruitment.


* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the freight forwarding business is highly desirable.


* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English


* Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, fostering positive candidate experiences.


* Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
