Expected Work Hours: Monday through Thursday8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Fridays 8:30-3:30pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at the Jamboree-Bissonnet location.

This full-time position is crucial for maintaining a smooth operation of the front desk and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling.
Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient flow.
Assist with billing and insurance verification as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliable transportation for travel between office locations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
