What You'll Do:


* Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents


* Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


* Support nurses and collaborate with the care team


* Build meaningful relationships with residents and families


* Help create a safe, clean, and positive environment

What We're Looking For:


* Current STNA certification in good standing


* A positive attitude and strong work ethic


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
