Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a PRN PTA, you will provide essential therapy services that keep our residents on the path to recovery.



* Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist and the physician's care plan.


* Clinical Documentation: Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress updates accurately in accordance with PT Board standards.


* Interdisciplinary Communication: Collaborate with the rehab team and nursing staff regarding resident progress and discharge goals.


* Training & Education: Instruct families and nursing staff on maintenance programs to ensure residents maintain their functional gains.

Qualifications:



* Licensure: Current, valid license from the California Physical Therapy Board (Required).
