What You'll Do:


* Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and mechanical repairs


* Respond to unscheduled maintenance issues quickly and safely


* Replace light bulbs and service HVAC systems as needed


* Coordinate with nursing staff when working in resident areas


* Ensure tools and supplies are cleaned, stored, and restocked


* Follow safety procedures and protect resident privacy

Who You Are:


* You have at least a 10th grade education


* You enjoy solving problems and working with your hands


* You can lift up to 25 pounds and handle physical tasks


* You're comfortable interacting with seniors, staff, and guests in a respectful and positive way
