Lead Technical Program Manager

As a Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial and Investment Bank - Markets Global Middle Office Technology team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reach business goals across the firm.

As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

Job responsibilities


* Gather, analyze, document and communicate requirements across large scale Financial Systems, as well as maintain project plans and track project status.


* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and presentations, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.


* Manage key stakeholders and their responsiblities, including being the liaison between users and engineers.

This including proper documentation of the business flows, application change requests, and functional requirements, all translated into technical specifications that will deliver what the business wants from our products.


* Collaborate with users for User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design, and documenting wireframes.


* Participate in the planning and execution of Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)


* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall product delivery goals


* Provide inputs for decision making with As Is and To Be models, requirements, planning, roadmaps, and able to deliver estimates grounded on solid data.


* Oversee overall objectives of a Product Operating Model, with Product Owner responsibilities.

This includes being fluent in agile ways of working and proficient in organizing feature teams and scrum calls
