Responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting and sourcing the very best talent to join this industry leader.
This role demands a target driven individual who excels under pressure and can create strategic partnerships with internal hiring managers as well as external community organizations.
You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process for assigned groups within the organization.

Education, Experience, and Skills
Required Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum two years of applicable experience in Recruiting
Excellent computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year Bachelor's Degree
Experience with technical and/or production recruiting
Experience/knowledge of Affirmative Action Plans
Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft (Core HR & Applicant Tracking System) experience
Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies
In addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the position requires attention to detail, excellent time management working with changing priorities, and a talent for multi-tasking.
Primary Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the Recruitment and Selection Hiring Process, from identification of need to new hire, as a full-service provider.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to create dynamic job descriptions and understand the skills and abilities required for the roles.
* Develop sourcing and recruiting initiatives to attract top talent and to assist in meeting Affirmative Action Goals.
* Focused on pipeline development in the local and neighboring communities, fostering relationships with educators, businesses, charitable organizations, and other community leaders.
* Partner effectively with HR partners when working compensation offers, compliance, onboarding and other processes.
* Continue administration of New Hires for openings through the New Hire process.
* Provide complete, accurate, timely and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position to ensure world-class candidate experience.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Altec Industries, your business unit, and the industry.
* Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments with a sense of urgency to the business as well as internal and external candidates.
* Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines.
* Act as point of contact for designated HR processes, such as intern policy and career fairs.
