Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Lead partners closely with the business and leader of the Talent Acquisition team to forecast talent needs and deliver a strategic, scalable recruiting approach aligned with organizational goals.

This role provides both hands on recruiting and people management, ensuring strong execution across full cycle recruiting, recruiting operations, and stakeholder partnership in a dynamic business environment.

Job Responsibilities


* Lead and execute full‑cycle recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring high‑quality hiring outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience, while leading a small team of individual contributors in daily full cycle recruiting activity  


* Partner with Talent Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders to understand current and future workforce needs and develop strategic recruiting plans aligned with business strategy


* Provide people leadership and management, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and development of recruiting team members


* Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and market trends, offering data‑driven insights and recommendations


* Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, tools, technology, and service delivery


* Anticipate business, regulatory, and workforce challenges and proactively assess their impact on recruiting strategies
