Associate - AFR

Title: Associate (AFR)

Location: GSC BOG

Supporting the logistics operations, end to end PO management, claims management, pre-alert management, virtual invoicing processes, carrier management, reporting and proactive monitoring

Key Responsibilities:


* Proactive Monitoring for different lanes negotiated with the final customer.


* Analysis of pending information and late shipments with their respective action plan.


* Backup of all reports performed for the account.


* Registering costs in CW


* Support and knowledge in the logistics operations through proactive management and monitoring.

Skills / Requirements:


* Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish.


* Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.


* Customer service and communication skills.


* Teamwork and autonomy
