In this high-impact role, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize planning systems, standardize execution processes, and elevate data-driven decision-making across a complex global manufacturing network.

You will partner directly with plant leaders, business unit stakeholders, and senior supply chain leadership to design scalable solutions that improve performance, increase visibility, and enable profitable growth.

What You Will Do



* Lead complex, cross-functional global supply chain transformation initiatives across planning and execution functions


* Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leaders and business stakeholders on process design, system implementation, and operational improvements


* Deliver advanced data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations


* Define and implement global data standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operating procedures to drive consistency and scalability


* Champion digital transformation efforts, including ERP enhancements, advanced planning systems (APS), dashboards, automation, and analytics solutions


* Support mergers, acquisitions, and system harmonization efforts to ensure seamless integration and aligned processes


* Assess site performance and change readiness, influencing adoption of standardized best practices
