Located in San Bernardino County, Loma Linda Post Acute is a 4-star Medicare-rated facility providing 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services.

Our dedicated team delivers compassionate care following surgery, illness, or injury, helping residents return to their highest level of function.

We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy in a warm, home-like setting with engaging daily activities.
What You'll Do


* Provide individualized physical therapy services to post-acute and long-term care residents


* Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered goals


* Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall physical function


* Document treatment plans and progress in compliance with regulatory standards


* Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home exercise programs

What We're Looking For


* Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Passion for working with the senior population


* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
